Regular board meetings are held every month on the third Wednesday at 12:00 pm in the Board Room at the Apalachicola Housing Authority Office located at 141 15th Street, Apalachicola, FL 32320.

The Housing Authority of the City of Apalachicola is accepting bids to remove the critical trees listed below.
- 28″ Live Oak – Cool Spring
- 25″ Slash Pine (South Florida variety) – Cool Spring
- 18″ Slash Pine (by Gas Tank) – Cool Spring
- Water Oak w/ heart rot – (142 14th St) – Cypress Place
- Water Oak w/ heart rot – (151 15th St) – Cypress Place
- Water Oak w/ heart rot – (153 15th St) – Cypress Place
- (2) Two Water Oaks (143 16th St) – Cypress Place
The Apalachicola Housing Authority at 141 15th, Apalachicola, FL 32320 will accept quotes until Thursday, August 14, 2024, at 4:00 PM in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Critical Trees Removal”.
